Freezer-Grade Labels

We use specially formulated materials and adhesives that stay flexible in extreme cold, these labels won't peel, crack, or lose their grip even when applied directly on a pre-frozen surface. Moisture & Waterproof Labels

This is a type of labels formulated by combining special materials and adhesives that can resist water and moisture when merged. Variable Data Printing (VDP)

VDP allows text, graphics, and images to change from one label to the next, pulling information from a database to create personalised or campaign-specific variations all without pausing the press.   VDP can be used for promotional labelling, limited editions, loyalty campaigns, and any framework where personalisation drives results.

Varnishes

Gloss Varnish:

Gloss varnish is a clear liquid coating that gives your label a glossy effect.  

This type of coating will help your label’s colours have more shine and vibrancy under store lights.  

It also adds a practical layer of protection against moisture friction and light scratches, so your label looks great from the shelf all the way to the customer's hands.

Matte varnish:

Metallic Ink:

This is a type of ink formulated from powdered metals or reflective pigments; metallic ink gives text and graphic elements a genuine metallic appearance. It can be in both gold and silver shades.

Cold Foil:

Cold foil takes the metallic effect even further. By applying gold, silver, holographic, or other metallic finishes directly while printing the label on the digital printing press.  

Cold foil can deliver a striking, high-quality result that's both cost-effective and visually captivating.

Cold foil can be used across the entire label or on selective spots depending on how you want your final label design to look like.

Metallic Substrate:

In order to achieve a complete metallic look across the entire label, we can print directly on a metallic material such as a silver-toned PP film or metallic coated paper using CMYK inks.  

We can create your final artwork on a metallic material by layering colours over the reflective base of the material simulating a wide range of metallic tones, from warm gold to bold metallic red, without the need for separate foiling processes.  

It's a creative way to achieve a consistent premium metallic finish across your entire range.

HP Collage

HP collage is an innovative label printing technique that can create multiple different artworks from the same brand elements.
